If you have a referral letter from your general practitioner, you can register via www.1np.nl. 

Information for Referring Professionals 

Please indicate on your referral letter which type of care your patient requires. It is important that your patient registers digitally via 1nP. As the referring professional, you will be kept informed of your patient’s progress throughout the treatment process.

Please note: my practice is located in a building without an elevator. The practice room is on the second floor.
