In yourself, in your work, in your relationships. You notice you\u2019re running into the same patterns again and again, even though deep down you know there is more possible. More peace, more space, more trust in yourself.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In my practice, I offer individual therapy, group therapy, both face-to-face and online. I work with methods that invite deep, experiential processes: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1), EMDR, and couples therapy. My approach is body-oriented, carefully attuned, and always grounded in a deep awareness of who you truly are.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to reimbursed mental health care (regular Dutch healthcare system), I also offer private sessions, such as coaching and consultation, which can sometimes be reimbursed by your employer. Sessions are available in both Dutch and English.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My approach is warm, personal and professional. We work together, at your pace, with care for everything you bring. My intention is to guide you towards inner calm and a deeper connection with your Self \u2013 that which has always lived within you.<\/p><h3><strong>Seeking support for personal growth or transformation?<\/strong><\/h3><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some people are drawn to inner work, meaning, or consciousness exploration.
